We have a mgmt directive to migrate our vfilers to use distinct ipspaces. The procedure as described by Netapp support involves major downtime (destroying vfiler containers and rebuilding with the volumes served within the new ipspace)
I'm looking for advice for anyone who has been through this procedure - any way to minimize downtime (already looking at using VMware storage vmotion to migrate VMs to pre-ipspaced vfiler datastores)
