I once had to RMA the motherboard on an old 760. After the swap the onboard SCSI changed from single-ended to differential. Since I was not using the motherboard SCSI it was not an issue for me. I now have two 760s one reports motherboard SCSI as single-ended and the other differential.
I suspect there are two different motherboard designs for the 760.
