I'm having an odd problem with ACL interactions. I have a volume with a mixed qtree. The ACLs on this volume are all Full Control for DOMAIN\Administrator and everything but Full Control for DOMAIN\Domain Users. This volume is NFS mounted onto a solaris box. If a user creates a file and them creates a symbolic link to that file, the symbolic link cannot be removed by the user. I can remove the link as Administrator, and I can remove the link if, on the windows side, I add Full Control to the ACL. Any ideas? We are running OnTAP 6.1.1R2.
