Some systat 1 output of typical and peak periods would be more helpful.
No tricks. Each section was a continuous `sysstat 10` output. I tried smaller intervals, but it was more jumpy (no surprise there). I'll try again.
However, my guess is he won't have much trouble adding another 1/3 users as indicated. NVRAM might have to be updgraded if these peak writing periods become too long.
Can it be upgraded beyond the standard 32 MB? Will it help if the filer bottleneck is the consistency point checking?
