There is a ndd parameter you can set so that 2.6 reverts back to 2.5.1 behaviour.
That didn't do the trick for me. I had to alias the loopback interface instead of the hme/le interface instead. That was the only way I could get a Solaris 2.6 box with multiple IP's to work with a NetApp mount.
