There's something wrong with the tape drive and/or its configuration on our new Netapp box; the unload-reload command that's supposed to eject the tape and load the next one doesn't seem to work:

The tape ejects from the "DLT1" drive, but doesn't get replaced in the magazine and the next tape doesn't get loaded. This command works properly on our F540s with the smaller 10-tape Overland tape robots.
tom,
what version data ontap are y'all running?
we have seen the exact same thing on our storagetek 9740 outfitted with dlt7000 drives.
unfortunately, the failures are intermittent (or is that fortunately? at least i get clean backups every now and then), and so harder to debug.
we've approached it as a hardware problem, replacing robotics, drives, and boards in the tape changer. the drives seem to have helped the most, and we have been clean for a couple weeks now, but have never found a definitive smoking gun.
anyone else out there dealing with this?
fyi, we're running budtool 4.6.1 with the jumbo patch, data ontap is at 5.3.5R2P1.
