It looks like that tool only lets you go from NT to Unix, which unfortunately is not useful for us. I was hoping for a program that allows NT to stay synchronized with an NIS domain (or just /etc/passwd and /etc/group).

If you want to make some money - write a good one and i bet you'd have a few buyers. :-)
M$ has one that does things in the other direction. But NT's password aging doesn't fit in to our silly corporate standards.
