DenyN others can read or write the file
"N" stands or "None", to answer one of the original questions (or "Nothing", which sounds a bit better to me, but, as I remember, it's called "deny none" by Microsoft, not "deny nothing" - perhaps the latter sounded like "if it asks for a Lamborghini Diablo, fine, give it one"...).
