Just now ran the "eazy upgrade", where you get the timezone file direct from netapp off the filer. Worked like a charm, took about 3 minutes counting login time.
As an aside, it's the same timezone file Solaris systems use and can be put on solaris boxes to help with the fix.

Anyone Have any luck getting the DST files for the timezone change from Netapp? Have a few older out of support F760 and C1105.
