I spent the last 3-4 months getting our web support straightened out - we have always been paid up on our maintaince, but their web site wouldn't let me get software. They also have a filer listed as ours which isn't, and last time I checked it still isn't fixed.
And let's not EVEN mention the lack of response in many of our requests to get rid of javascript off of the NOW site so we can use terminals to get support.....

I just found out this afternoon that the HW/SW support contract for our filers had expired on 12/31/1999. Hmmm, I assumed that someone would have contacted us before it expired instead of finding out while trying to download OS on the now.netapp website. To the Network Appliance Corp. readers; is there some way to find out when the support expires without contacting my sales rep? By the way, I would not trade my filers for all the money in world but this kind of nonsense makes me crazier.
