I believe you can find the functionality in the config advisor. http://support.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/config_advisor/
I've got the original tools laying around here somewhere but they are outdated.
Damn... it's a Windows only tool too. Grr... I was hoping to be able to run it from Unix. Oh well, I'll just install it and see how it works. Interestingly enough, it looks to be a Python app.
