I just applied it two nights ago on a filer with 5 shelves and it only took about 15 minutes. Even thought it says it is disruptive, I didn't lose a cifs connection to the filer (the share was on the sata disks) but we are not using the sata disks heavily. We are about to, but I held off until I could apply the update.

We had a filer go down last week because we hadn't applied the upgrade. If you have AT-FCX modules that are not at that level, then by all means apply it. It is a disruptive upgrade, so schedule when there is little activity. It takes about 10 minutes and there are two 70 second disruptions during the process.
