I would start with the obvious.
RAM.
I don¹t recall the configuration in there, been a LONG time, but remove half of it (if you can) or Ebay it..its gotta be cheap by now.

After it report some recoverable error in the ECC SRAM for about 3 days. I try to reboot but It stuck at the boot. The LCD show the top half fill with Black box. I have try to remove all the PCI card and ram for reboot with the same result. Any ideal what is the cause for this, faulty CPU / mother board or any other?
