Pulling disks from a shelf and putting them back in won't change the shelf ID they think they are assigned to. In your prior post you showed you had a stack of shelves with ID 0-4. When you do the disk show command, do you see 2 shelves with ID 0 or is it missing a shelf? You could always remove a disk or 2 and run it again to make sure which shelf 0 you are really seeing. From there you can go back and verify connectivity to the appropriate shelf.

Jeff, the disks below are on the shelf that physically shows id of 4, however they currently show up as id 0 1d.04 <thats my shelf 04, however two columns to the right it shows as 0
