Jeff,
if the DFM server is running on a *NIX box, your user is usually authenticating back through to the OS. Changing the user password on the machine usually takes care of it.
good luck,

Greetings,
We have a DFM server running 4.0.2. I have a remote user who can't log into the web interface. He is listed as a user and has global view permissions. He shows up in the dfm user list output. It appears he has forgotten what his password is. I've been looking around for an hour and can't figure out how to change his password so he can get into the web page.
Where is it doing the authentication from?
Thanks,
Jeff
