hi,
i am not quite sure what you mean with "on MAC Os X". if u want to access a cifs share on the filer via your network you have to add a share on the filer using "cifs shares -add ....". u can do this on the filer console or via telnet or rsh access from another networked machine.

I want to create share on MAC Os X. How should I achieve it? Please tell me some commands or functions. What should I do if I want to use your toaster > cifs shares -add ?
