I just became part ofthe toasters mailing list. It is very exciting to be here.
I am currently using DLT4000 and DLT7000 drives for backing my unix network and considering buying a workgroup backup solution which includes buying a tape library along with the software. I am considering DLT7000 based solution because of its capacity and popularity in the inductry.
I would like to know whether there is any better technology/drive to use as part of the backup solution.
Can somebody point me to a location where i can find comparison chart of all the backup media and technologies.
