George, It is a known bug in 4.3.3 that quotas of the form "user@qtree" are not reported to client machines with a "quota -v" command or similar. This is bug 4896, which you can read about on NOW, is fixed in 5.1, and is also fixed in patch releases of 4.3.3, 5.0, etc which customer service should be able to provide you with. I'm sorry that they didn't match your problem with this bug sooner.
