Typo. SDS provides 1+0, as the rest of the paragraph explains:

In 1+0 this is achieved by yanking any disk whose mirror has not already been yanked. In 0+1 this is achieved by yanking any disks from one side of the mirror. In both cases you can loose at most 50% of the drives without data loss. As far as I recall ODS does not support 1+0.
