The machines I was referring to, are NetCaches C760 running 3.3R2D12. We did the same with switching the power supplies on and off and the Ok message never came, only the failed one did.
This particular 760 is running on 220v in the new cabinet. For 110v you might want to have the power supply monitored through a 24 hour cycle for adequate amperage, out of tolerance fluctuations and possible power conditioning needs.
That's all right, we use 220v.
