Hi Skip,
The filer sees FCP and iSCSI luns as one big file on the filesystem. It has no knowledge of the files within the LUN (NT or any host OS has complete knowledge and control of the files within the LUN). So, you'll have to use Exchange tools to find and fix fragmentation of your DB.

Hello all
I have an exchange 5.5 database on a FAS 250 filer. When I run the waffle scan on the vol that holds the exchange DB it comes back pretty good. The database is around 50 gigs. My question is can I use the wafl scan measure layout command to effectively determine when my DB needs to be defragged?
