I'm curious why you make this statement... In fact, now that I think about it, you really need to qualify this statement with "why" before making such a bold comment.
We've had nothing but success with our NetApps, and when we did have problems, their technical support was quick to help us--even when it wasn't the NetApp at fault (ie. the client machine was hosed, etc.) they would still make sure everything was working 100% again.
