Clearcase_abld user

Hello,

A question for anyone running clearcase in a mixed environment...

We have a PC domain and a UNIX domain. Each has users accessing clearcase. I have currently created the clearcase_abld user in the UNIX domain, and made him a member of a group. I have also created a clearcase_albd user in windows, and made a group with he same name as the UNIX group. However, I am told this is quite an unusual way of doing this, and a more normal approach is to create a user map in the Netapps usermap.cfg file which maps clearcase_albd to a user in the UNIX domain who will have right to the vobs etc.

Any one have any suggestions on the best approach?
