I am running a Network Appliance Filer and using CA ARCserve to backup files on a Windows 2000 network. All file access is working fine, and ARCserve seems to be backing up files on all other Windows systems OK.
My problem is that ARCserve keeps reporting skipping (some)open or locked files even though I am backing up a snapshot (usually the last hourly.0 snapshot).
Any thoughts on why ~snapshot\hourly.0 isn't acting as a read-only filesystem?
