Are you trying to backup the luns file or the filesystem on the lun from the client point of view?

Hi Everyone,
We have not long had our FAS3020's, and have just purchased NetBackup to start putting snapshots to tape. NBU was chosen because of its Advanced Client's NetApp integration (and because our NetApp reps recommended it!). We're struggling to get the whole thing talking, and the Symantec consultants on site are struggling as well. Has anyone here implemented a similar configuration before, and would be able to let on any tips/traps/hints picked up along the way??? Or anyone know of any online resources that might help? (NOW doco focuses on Oracle implementations using NetBackup).
A bit of background would help I guess – We're running clustered 3020C's, with about a dozen hosts all attached via iSCSI. We have a mix of Exchange 2007, SQL 2005 (both currently using SnapManager to schedule snapshots), plus some standalone infrastructure servers (using snapdrive and the cli the schedule snapshots). We're talking OnTAP 7.2.2, and NetBackup 6.0 MP4. Let me know if there is other info I should include.
Cheers everyone!
