I run into this pretty often. Try running "lock_dump -f" (after running
rc_toggle_basic if necessary) and look for the directory that you can't
remove.
If you see the directory you're having trouble with, just try terminating
the CIFS connection of the machine holding the lock. That usually clears it
up for me.
