Check Your switch ports Check your NetApp ports
Make SURE that Flow Control is OFF
Check on the Filer: ifstat <port>
On the switch: show int <port>
You should see NONE. If not none, then flowcontrol is on....find a way to get it off.

However, TOE is turned off. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated :)
