Hi,
I ahve two filers F740 and F520. It happens for both of them. Cisco router pings filer and sucess rate is about 90%. We have switched network and it doesn't matter if filer has 100Mb halfduplex or full duplex. If Cisco pings SUN machine (the same network) success rate is 100 %. Does anybody seen something similiar ?
The maximum amount of pings that the filer will accept per second is 10. This is done to avoid ICMP based DOS attacks.
