It should work fine but you need to make sure that it's has the appropriate client installed.
What OS are you on (OSX supports NFS)? Are you running the Dave client for CIFS access?
It is not OSX.. (I am not at all a mac person..). Dave..I recall something about that (now that you typed it out for me). I'll start with that. Thanks!
