Hi Jeff,
Not sure why you are having a problem. These programs will just run in 32bit mode on Windows without issue, you don't need 32bit only hardware. Just install and run the program as normal, like every other Windows program that's 32bit on a x64 system.

Thanks for the information. I believe the OC5 is supported at 64bit. Systems Manager and I believe I found something else were 32 bit only. I got around that on my linux desktop but don't know if I'll be able to do that on a Windows system.
I'll look into getting the OC5 installed on something, possibly the same test server if it doesn't conflict with the 4.0.

It's no different than 4.0 if you use the http://DFM/dfm/welcome URL. If you go to the default http://DFM/ then you get the new fancy interface, but the old DFM is still there and works fine. They got rid of fsrm but my old fsrm license carried over and still works. I don't use any of the other OC products (host package, balance, etc), but the OC 5 core is just a straight upgrade of DFM and works the same.

I have successfully imported (AFAIK) a copy of the old database. For those who will ask, I'm not going straight to OnCommand yet because I don't know enough about it yet. There are also several packages that seem to only run on Windows, and some that mention only running on 32 bit OS and hardware. We are primarily a linux lab and I don't want to have to set up a Windows server or have to go to Goodwill and try to find a 32 bit server :-)
