Hi everybody,
i have a fas3050 snapmirroring it's data onto a r200. We have a seperate storagenet for snapmirror and therefore do not use the hostnames but the IP addresses in the snapmirror.conf.
We will have a change of IP addresses for this net in the near future and i am wondering if i can keep the snapmirrored data after changing the IP addresses?
If not i want to set up entries in the /ETC/hosts with different hostnames for the storage-IP so that i will not have this problem again. Would this be a good solution? Or has anybody different ideas?
