(d) I would assume Dell system; no speak NFS??
Not necessarily; I could imagine Dell wanting to sell the OEMed NetApp boxes into a mixed Windows/UNIX environment.
I wouldn't expect the boxes to be incapable of supporting NFS; whether Dell will support them as NFS servers, and sell NFS licenses for them, is another matter.
However, they may want it to be *possible* to use the boxes in a Windows-only environemtn.
(I don't know one way or the other; the above is speculation, but it does note that one could speculate that not all of them would be NFS-only.)
