Hi, i manage a NetApp Filer for scientific applications and i have to choose an optimal file size to store my data. My range is 4Mo to 40Go. This data must be read by a grid computing based on NFS and Linux.
If my NVRAM size is 512Mo, a optimal filesize is < 512 Mo ?
Maybe, filesize is not important for filer performance, i don't know.
