Hi Folks I see Netapp is now selling a universal drive, I'm unable to find any information from the NOW site. 1. These drives are replacing the old 36, 72 and 144gbg drives 2. I assume by universal you can use these in existing raid groups of zoned, block checksum drives 3. is there any issue in using these for spares with the 36gb zoned or block checksum drives
Anybody out there have any knowledge about these drives would be much appreciated.
