That far back, the only way to do it is to turn off the default scrub with "options raid.scrub.enable off" and then run a crontab on an admin client that does a "rsh [filer] disk scrub start" at times of your choosing.
All-singing, all-dancing control over the timing of scrubs via ONTAP options settings only came in with 6.4.
