These problems occur while users are running mailtool. We have the latest pathes regarding filelocking installed for SunOS 4.1.3_U1 and Solaris 2.5, 2.5.1, & 2.6. When they exit mailtool, everything is fine.
How about when the click the Done button? Is it possible that the mailtool is locking the inbox when they make changes to it, and not unlocking it until they commit the changes?
