So here's what I'm wondering. If NA suspects that there are problems with the onboard FC-AL in deployed filers, why hasn't NA issued a field notice to this effect? Why hasn't NA sent all of its support customers who have affected models the PCI FC-AL controller kits?
It appears that NA is waiting till a customer has problems with the onboard FC-AL before shipping the PCI FC-AL kit. I know NA values its customers' data more than this.
