dfpm command assistance

For the couple of folks out there that may actually use the dfpm commands, anyone know how to designate a subnet in the following command? dfpm dataset nfsaccess -w ???.???.???.??? It won't let me use ".0/24"-type notation, so how else could I do it? x.x.x.0?

switching between cluster mode and 7 mode

Hi all, Is it trivial to switch between cluster mode and 7 mode? I understand that the data on the array will be wiped, but are there other caveats to be aware of? Are there any licensing or cost issues to be aware of? Does anyone know what additional hardware is included in the FAS 2240 Cluster mode configuration? I understand there is a switch, potentially multiple switches included in cluster mode configurations. Thanks Blake. What I like to use the old script for was displaying the list of hosts connected to the filer, especially when I have done data migrations and the admins look to me to tell them which of their hosts are connected. Latency reporting

Hi all, I'm a bit new to OnCommand and its many variants so I'm after some advice. I need to start generating regular latency reports for management. I have an idea on what to do, but as dfm has changed so much but I'd like to pick the collective toaster brain. - What do you think is the best level to report on? Lun/volume/aggregate/controller/entire filer? - What's the best means of generating these reports? I don't have Insight Balance, just basic OnCommand manager/perfadvisor/console/dfm/probably100othersIdon'tknowof Thanks, Peta

find files owned by a particular user? (quota trouble)

Hello All, I have an IT user who's getting quota alerts despite only having a fraction of the default quota in his actual home folder. If I run quota report on his home drive this reports correctly. However, as he was previously a Desktop Tech for another division (they have their home drives on another volume of the same vfiler), a quota report for that volume shows him as right at the limit. I'm pretty sure there are files somewhere on that other division's home volume that he is the owner of. How can I find those files? Preferably without flipping the archive bit and needing a full backup of the whole volume? Hope to hear from you, Randy Rue

translate disk info?

Hi all, I'm trying to translate the disk identity given by the stats show command, into a system ID, and having some difficulty. The command I'm using is:- stats show disk:*:disk_busy which produces info like this:- disk:4C33D0CF:CC7E4D5B:0B46C331:A990D3B1:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:disk_busy:53% And I'd like to translate it into a 1b.24 or similar if possible.
