its an add on.  I have it installed on another system.  Has a slick interface and the default workflows are a good start.  Lots of cluster-mode work flows.  You can see Netapp is putting more focus towards CM.  I see this being of value for large CM implementations where you give users access to do easy fuctions (provsion, migrate, decommision, etc) with a click of the button.  Starting to feel like a sales guy, so I will stop now.. :)
