We use this quite frequently for our Public Folder stores.  Works like a champ.

SnapDrive makes an API call to expand the NTFS partition and file system within it.  (It grows the LUN first.)  This can be done with Exchange running.  We demo this all the time.

expand a LUN for Exchange on the fly, no downtime.
Plan to use SnapDrive 5.0. Volume is already large enough in capacity.
