FEAR is the Field Efficiency And Reporting tool. You'll need to request your NetApp SE to run it for you.

Never heard of it, I'm trying to deduce from the acronym ... maybe Filer Environment Audit Report?  What context are people asking about it in?  Performance?  Filer health?  General report?
