Found two articles on the now.netapp.com site about netcache and windows update.

Solution ID: ntapcs6927
Solution ID: kb5388  -- looks like this one is more likely - it specifically mentions BITS.

Subject: NetCache 5.6.2 and Windows updates

Hi all,

I am having a problem with a NetCache in transparent mode with clients using Windows Updates.

I have added the info from the NetCache logs and Windows Update logs. Has anybody seen this before?  Any ideas on what could be causing the problem?

Also getting something very similar for Apple updates.
