We recently switched to DataLink for
our US NetApp support (both HW & SW). We've been happy so far.
We still get access to NOW for ONTAP updates and everything. Our
international systems are still maintained by NetApp though as their contracts
don't expire for a while.

Netapp support
Looking at other options other than netapp for hardware / software
support - was wondering who others on the list are using - both
stateside and outside the US (OUS). Netapp seems a little too rigid
in
their pricing / support structure.
Thanks in advance for replies.
