Tried this once - Seemed to work well.
Use the tool downloadable from Now.Netapp to create the link.
Took a while to figure out how to get rid of the link when it was not required anymore (used priv set advanced mode).
Currently not using any simlinks on CIFS anymore.

Is anyone using symbolic links/widelinks with their filer in a cifs environment?

Have you experienced any problems? Any suggestions?
