snapmirror by volume.  it will pick up all the qtrees and the rest.  works like a charm

snapmirror initialize -S FilerA:myvol FilerB:myvol

I'm migrating data from an old to a new filer and we have lots of data in
qtrees and a significant amount that is at the same directory level, but not
in a qtree. Any ideas?
