Check if you have turned off quotas for the volume where these qtrees are located. DFM expects quotas to be turned on, and quotas to be set for the qtrees it monitors, even if it's just a "counting rule" - one that has a "-" instead of a hard/soft/threshold limit.

It worked perfectly until last week, and now it is only reporting that
