I believe the 250 has a fixed interface configuration... It doesn't have expandable slots, so the answer to your question would be no.
 
However, it does have 2 gigabit copper interfaces.  Perhaps you could use one of those?

Can I add a fiber nic to a FAS 250 device as a second nic card? I ask because I want to add a fiber nic to my exchange server and then plug a cross over cable from the fiber card on the exchange box to the fiber card on FAS 250 for better performance.
