We’ve recently started using Cacti and the Ontap SDK to monitor our filer’s performance but something is not working properly, I see the following line 2-3 times a second in the Audit Log:

Mon Jun 22 12:25:51 EDT [array02: HTTPPool04:debug]: root:AUTH:error:Login failed for user root from IP 10.1.17.8. reason "User not authenticated"

Currently it’s configured to use the root account, once we figure out what’s wrong we’ll create a service acount before moving the monitoring to production. Any suggestions on what’s going wrong?
