I have an out of maintenance SNAP server that's partly broken, and I want to repair.

Now, stop laughing. 

Obviously I'd rather I had a Netapp instead.

I'm looking for a mailing list/experts on SNAP servers, but failing to find any.  Does anyone have any pointers?
