I am trying to find information on how other companies are backing up their Filers and how long tapes are retained.  We are using a F840 Filer for Oracle databases and CIFS file services.  We use CommVault Galaxy to back up the data.  However, it is impossible to set up a GFS-type of rotation in Galaxy for NDMP clients.  Do other products also have this limitation?  If so, how do you get around it.  Is a GFS-style rotation needed any more with the Filer?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
